■Driver variation
Suction type
For suction type driver, install suction attachment for absorbing screws on BL・CL・SS・α・VZ driver vertical hem part.
Pulling bit to driver vertical hem by vacuum pressure, it prevents trouble to pick screws.
Because it can absorb a screw that cannot be mounted and minus screw, etc. operation of high efficiency is possible.
In addition, suction type can remove dust caused during screw fastening process. |

◇Anti-electrostatic specifications
We operated antistatic means through earth from bit part for antistatic electricity of operation using the existing electric driver, but we could not remove the static electricity which is antistatic to driver itself.
In particular, drivers are light weight and resin type. And static electricity rate was high in use environment.
For ESD series, we operated countermeasure against static electricity using antistatic preventing resin to driver body.
It is especially suitable for assembling computer peripheral instruments, etc. that dislikes static electricity.

◇clean room, anti-electrostatic specifications
of Q-CR ESD
To absorb certainly dust, etc. caused during screw fastening process in clean room, we operates vacuum in both driver body and suction part.
And for easy maintenance, we separate vacuum part.

We adopt resin corresponding against static electricity
from body case to switch lever
In particular, it keeps materials for parts from static electricity by operating kanigen plating for suction part, and stainless for torque control nut.
