Totsupura screw PAT.

Totsupura screw is developed based on the basic form of cross-slotted attached screw that is used over the world now, and it is 「innovative next generation screw」that reverses common sense of screw.
The biggest merit of Totsupura screw is stable conclusion management that has nearly no calm out in this basic structure. And there are numerous merits including improved productivity, improved product quality, cost reduction, work environment improvement, recycle corresponding, and PL corresponding, etc., which solved drastically demerits of cross-slotted attached screw.

Totsupura has a shape that taper part is extended vertically of cross hole vertical hem angle 26°30'.
Like the above drawing, comparing with the existing cross-slotted attached screw(Fig-1), Totsupura screw(Fig-2) features that drive area of driver bit and screw is 2 times bigger.
And straight part (A) resolves cam out phenomenon (rise of bit) to prevent the occurence of burr. When recycling, pocket part becomes a place where rust, waste, and paint gather, which prevents incomplete combination, and increases the certainty of screw portability.
